5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Recharge and Bill Payments: Once a recharge or bill
payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Money Transfers: Money transfers cannot be
reversed once initiated. Please ensure recipient details are accurate
before confirming a transaction.
- Refunds for failed or incomplete transactions will be processed within 3 working Days
- In case of a server failure on the Name company’s end, the refund process may take up to 90 days to complete.
6. Limitations and Liabilities

- Delays or interruptions
caused by third-party service providers.
- Incorrect details entered by
the user resulting in failed or misdirected transactions.
